Ingredients: Peaches, Yellow Scotch Bonnet Mash (Peppers, Distilled Vinegar), Yellow Fatalii Pepper Mash (Peppers, Distilled Vinegar), Cane Sugar, Curry Powder (Turmeric, Coriander, Cumin, Ginger), Sea Salt.
This is my favorite hot sauce so far, I’ve still got some others from my order to try but it’s going to be hard to beat this one
My all-time favorite of the AGPC hot sauces. For those looking for flavor, definitely check out this bottle. The apples, cherries, and umami flavor of the scotch bonnets really come out here. Mixed with the fruitiness of the peaches and the curry powder it really gives one of the tastiest flavors of any of the AGPC line. I put use it in things as diverse as chocolate ice cream topping (chocolate plus the curry plus the sweetness loves that combination) to in my dumpling sauce (a nice thickening agent and bumping up the sweetness/heat without having to add sugar).
Wonderful taste, the curry shines through. Heat level is about perfect. For my taste, I would have made it just a touch peachier with a hint of sweetness.
As complex and tasty as Purple Hippo but speaks to my love of curry! Very lively on the tongue, fruity but not too sweet.
This is my new favorite Angry Goat hot sauce! The curry and peaches work really well together. Very sweet and not too hot. You can put it on anything. Keep the new creations coming!
