Trinidad & Tobago contain the origins for Calypso music and many of the hot peppers we enjoy today. To pay tribute to these two vastly different, but culturally significant items, we have created Dreams of Calypso.
Tropical fruit and Scotch Bonnet peppers with mustard, carrot, and Caribbean spices will remind you of the gentle island breezes, palm trees, sandy beaches, and the sweet harmonies of Island music.

HEAT LEVEL: 2-3/10 mild
Ingredients: Pineapple, Mango, Yellow Scotch Bonnets, Lime Juice, Distilled Vinegar, Prepared Yellow Mustard (distilled vinegar, #1 mustard seeds, salt, turmeric, and spices), Carrots, Yellow Bell Peppers, Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Granulated Garlic, Allspice.

This was the first sauce I got from AGPC after seeing the awards won at Zestfest. I loved it from the beginning and have given it away as a nice party gift a few times so it now has more lovers. This, hands down, is the best breakfast hot sauce of all time. I put it on everything from eggs to avocado toast. YUM!
It’s not fiery, but holy cats is it fruity delicious! On potatoes, on chicken, on kabob, so much besides. Order several or the big jug, because you’re going to go through it with a quickness otherwise and then have to wait for more.
Have been putting this on shrimp, oysters, and fish. It is so freekin good! Perfect match for seafood! LOVE IT
