Black Garlic, Balsamic & Habanero Hot Sauce (5oz)- Small Batch Hot Sauce made in Vermont. Try this sauce on, Tacos, eggs, pizza, steak, meat loaf, mashed potatoes, sauteed mushrooms.

Ingredients: Chocolate Habanero Pepper Mash (peppers,vinegar), Balsamic Vinegar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Smoked Vermont Maple Syrup, Water, Black Garlic Powder, Granulated Garlic, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

THIS SAUCE USED TO BE UNDER OUR ANGRY GOAT BRAND LABEL, BUT IS NOW UNDER VERMONT EPICUREAN.  SAME SAUCE, DIFFERENT LABEL.

This one is new to me. Great flavor. Not the hottest, which is usually something really important to me. A bit watery too, definitely on the thin side. I may be thinking of it more as a marinade. But the combo of the balsamic, garlic, and habanero is tasty indeed.

I loved this sauce so much under the Angry Goat label and still love
It to this day behind the new Vermont Epicurean label! Jason Parker is a master of creating hot sauces with perfect balance of heat & flavor. Very versatile sauce. I love adding it to all types of sandwiches and beyond! Personal ALL-TIME Favorite!!!
