An excellent hot sauce, redolent with the fire-roasted habanero heat. While those uninitiated in capsaicin masochism may be turned off, the heat is not lonesome, for there is a fantastic balance with flavor, which is precisely what I seek and enjoy in my hot sauces. When you put this on top of food, it is pretty spicy and comparable to other sauces, but when you cook this into your food just a little, this sauce is amazingly peppery and delicious. I love how much less vinegary this hot sauce is when it’s cooked into my eggs. Delicious.
I’m so obsessed with the sacrifice hot sauce I’ve reordered it three times now! Sweaty Beaver is also good but I wish it was a little more maple-y with less cumin.
