We do not take returns on food products under any circumstances. If a sauce arrives damage and/or has spoilage issues, please send us photographic proof and we will be happy to refund or replace the product.
If you purchase a sauce and the taste, texture, or heat level is not meeting your expectations, these are all personally subjective parameters, and we will not issue a refund because of it. Give the sauce to a friend or coworker if you do not like it, but do not expect a refund. You don't go back to the grocery store or restaurant if a particular food item didn't satisfy you, just don't buy it again.
