Ingredients: Chocolate Habanero Pepper Mash (peppers,vinegar), Balsamic Vinegar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Smoked Vermont Maple Syrup, Water, Black Garlic Powder, Granulated Garlic, Sea Salt.
This is a savory, umami type of sauce. It is definitely tasty, but honestly not my flavor palette. Heat wise it isn't anything crazy. I think there are much better AGPC sauces out there, even on the savory side (goat rider for example I like a lot more even though I generally don't like savory sauces).
Out of all the AGPC flavors, this is my favorite. It’s got lots of heat, flavor, and taste. I use it on everything.
Adds so much flavor to food. It’s also at perfect spice level: spicy but not so much that it just burns without adding flavor.
One of my favorite AGPC sauces so far! The taste and heat of the chocolate habanero complements the other flavors in the sauce very well (instead of overpowering them). Overall, this sauce simply has a nice combination of flavors.
I've enjoyed every sauce that I've ever had by Angry Goat - this one is no exception - try this black garlic, chocolate hab and balsamic on a pepper steak sub- it's a match made in heaven!
