Absolutely delicious, lots of umami

This sauce is delicious pain. It's very hot, so if you don't eat hot sauce every day, this probably isn't the sauce for you. But if you're comfortable with serious heat, the flavor is phenomenal. Great savory flavor. Goes great on wings or in stir fry, and the flavor complements many Asian foods. Sometimes I'll just mix it in with some plain rice, mostly as an excuse to eat more of this sauce.

Hot sauce was too hot!

Shipment from Angry Goat was fantastic! However, I am rating the Bravado Miso Hot sauce a 2 because I just couldn't stomach the sauce as it burned my tongue with even a small amount to taste. I didn't expect the hot sauce to be that hot! I will order from Angry Goat again, but I will go with a medium sauce instead.
