We use only perfectly ripe red jalapeño peppers that are blended with smoked, roasted and fresh garlic. We finish the flavor profile with organic sugar and salt. Faint smoky undertones from the alder and cherry wood smoked garlic, brings something unique to the table.

I'm addicted to this sauce. Burns & McCoy will go months without any in stock, but Angry Goat Pepper Co. always seems to have my back when they're out. I usually order 5 bottles at a time from Angry Goat Pepper Co. Not too hot and not too mild. Just about perfect for an everyday go-to sauce, and I do use it every single day. The sweet, smoked, peppery taste is phenomenal. I enjoy many different brands and flavors of sauces, but the Sriracha by Burns & McCoy will always be my favorite.
