"Red Armadillo” Hot Sauce is a taco style sauce that has slightly smoky, slightly sweet, and earthy notes that will surely wake up your food. This sauce fuses the Southwest with the Northeast, combining New Mexican red chiles with real Vermont Maple Syrup.

This stuff is awesome. It’s literally good on everything. The flavor I has a smokey spicy kick to it that’s puts mexican food, pizza, and everything else over the top! Get ya some!

As a hot sauce connoisseur I have tried many different kinds and brands. This one makes it to the top of the list. Angry goat rocks! If you like the heat of this one also try the Cool Hippo. You won't be disappointed. This turned into my daily conceal and carry and I don't leave home without it.

I got this as a gift from my Mother-in-law. I put hot sauce on most of my foods. I was really apprehensive about the maple syrup. I was concerned this would be a novelty sauce...boy was I wrong. The sweet finish of this sauce is a perfect complement to the heat. I have moved Red Armadillo to my number one go-to sauce. This goes on my omelets, pizza, chicken, quesadillas, and lots more. I highly recommend this to the great expanse of the internet!

Delicious smoky and mild

This hot sauce is perfect when you want a smoky flavor and some heat but not an overwhelming spice level. Great on eggs or nachos to add complexity.
