This is my favorite hot sauce. Very versatile, can be used on anything
Well balanced flavor. Good habanero/apple flavor to start with a hint of lingering ghost pepper. Smoky but not excessive. No single flavor overpowers another. I'm a big fan of savory thick sauces and this one hits the spot.
For a habanero sauce its pretty warm. But, heat level should be reasonable for a good portion of people.
Probably going to make this a staple sauce of mine.
