This is a stunner of a sauce. The coconut milk and the curry really make the flavor and texture robust to the palette. The sweetness bump from the various fruits and the floral components create a thick, ultimately savory with hints of sweetness blend with a stormy heat on the back burner. This is definitely mild for a "super hot pepper" style sauce, but for those not familiar with other "super hot pepper" sauces this may be too much heat. To me absolutely delicious and rivals my all-time favorites. Interestingly, I'm not typically one for savory-style sauces, this wins me over though with its incredibly unique texture and palette.
